Do you offer payment plans?
Yes we do. Please get in touch and ask about our payment plans. Otherwise we typically get 50% upfront and then 50% before launch.
What platform do you build websites on?
All websites are built on WordPress. We love it as it allows for easy customization and scalability to meet various needs.
Can I edit my website myself?
Yes! Once we have completed the website build we will provide you with training videos you can use and come back to when making edits.
Websites are moving, changing things so we dont believe they should always stay the same! We want to give you the freedom to have the access and knowledge to make changes yourself.
Do I need my content ready before we start?
We require everything ready to go by the start date of the project. If we don't have the content we cannot do our best work and delays can result in rescheduling fees.
What are the ongoing costs?
You will need website hosting and a domain name. These are yearly costs. We can provide website hosting on our fast secure servers. We also offer Care packages which you can read more about here
Sometimes you might have yearly costs relating to plugins if you require specific functionality.
How will we communicate throughout the project?
We will communicate via email and over zoom throughout the project.
Where are you located, will you work with people overseas?
Yes we can work with anyone, anywhere! We are located in Hokitika on the West Coast of New Zealand.
